An influential surveyor in Malaysia and a man of passion for the survey industry, Koh has over 35 years of experience during which he has established a reputation where he is often consulted on matters pertaining to land development.

Koh has been involved in several iconic developments in the Klang Valley such as the Pavillion Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Tropicana Golf and Country Club.

After graduating from RMIT University in Melbourne, he went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Automated Cartography. The Canadian Hydrographic Society awarded him a Certificate of Hydrography and he is one of the few licensed surveyors today qualified to carry out hydrographic surveys.

Koh is passionate about delivering excellence, speed and innovation. His knowledge and experience has been useful tools in enhancing values to the projects he is consulted on. Koh's highly effective management and commitment to excellence drives the practice, servicing clients across all industries.

Koh has obtained his License from the Board of Surveyors Malaysia in 1988. Further as a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, he regularly keeps up to date with new developments in the industry. He is also a Member of the Association of Authorised Land Surveyors.

Ng completed his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Geomatics) and has worked extensively managing medium to large scale projects encompassing commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments. As the Director of Operations in Jurukur Perpaduan, he is directly involved in overseeing projects from the planning stage to project completion.

Major projects supervised ranged from the mixed development of I-City Township in Shah Alam to the 1,000 acres mixed development in Churuoy Chang War in Cambodia.

Ng is a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia.

Johnny has been in the survey industry for more than 30 years and has been instrumental in the company's pioneering work in the northern region. A specialist in the region, he is responsible for all company projects in Penang, Kedah and Langkawi. Johnny has been involved in the iconic Tandop Industrial Park in Alor Setar and Taman Bersatu in Kuala Kedah. He was directly involved in the development of Kompkex Perniagaan Pekan Changlun

Johnny's extensive experience and knowledge has contributed significantly to the strategical development of the northern region for Jurukur Perpaduan.
