Engineering surveys is the broad term that covers large scale topographical survey, route surveys, setting out surveys and as built surveys.

We carry out topographical surveys ranging from a single bungalow lot to large scale topographical surveys comprising of 16,000 acres plot of land. These plans are necessary for proper planning layouts and for accurate and detailed engineering design.

Route surveys are topographical surveys in a linear fashion as it is used for roads, rails, drainage and electrical transmission.

As built surveys are required to check on the accuracy of infrastructural works.

Cadastral surveys are carried out for the purpose of producing a cadastral plan which forms part of the Land Title under the Malaysian land registration system.

These surveys are governed by the Licensed Land Surveyors Act 1958, the National Land Code 1065 and the Survey Rules and Regulations issued by the Department of Surveys Malaysia.

Our involvement in Strata development projects begins at the Building Plan design stage. We provide extensive advice on mixed development projects.

This is followed by the preparation of SIFUS and the Schedule of Parcels before sales can commence. Finally CPSP as well as SCP will be submitted to ensure that Strata Titles are ready for vacant possession.

Our strata survey services comply with the Licensed Land Survey Act 1958, the National Land Code 1965 and the Survey Rules and Regulations issued by the Department of Surveys Malaysia, as well as by the Strata Management Act 2013.
